Since 2012, the initial creator of SKR Solutions has been designing solutions in a wide range of industries and applications.
Coming from a strong technical background and education, he spent years as a bridge between Germany, Singapore, the USA and Romania.
Early on, he would formulate, test and optimize a set of roles, values and best practices on international business.
Meanwhile, he started identifying needs for and and designing automotive parts, electronics and industrial tooling, etablishing strong supply chains primarily with Japan and the USA and simultaneously applying his strong B2B knowledge directly with the B2C market.
The logic was simple:
By taking charge of our own product lifecycles from concept to after sales service, SKR Solutions was able to build up, refine and maintain understanding of every step involved in the supply chain.
This understanding helped us create multiple solutions for the industry, ranging from versatile, easy to use tooling to heavily automated workflows in complex laser manufacturing.
Or first major investor project enabled us to establish a fully operationally independent, localized branch of a German supply chain company in the People’s Republic of China.
This undertaking coincided almost completely with the Covid-19 pandemic and the various logistical, personnel, economical as well as political constraints this entailed.
We managed to get this project back on track and moving forward.
Devising solutions and a customer-tailored localization strategy, we took on full legal representation and executive responsibilities in order to set up an entire supply chain serving some of the top automotive suppliers worldwide.
Being able to leverage strong experience as well as our own brand, products and patents, we managed against to provide our customer with a turnkey solution.
With strong ties to the Chinese and Vietnamese industry as well as a partner network in Germany, we’re able to offer a wide variety of solutions for various markets and segments thereof.
Thus we’re able to provide for almost any challenge, covering a wide range from design to prototyping, pilot series, production, supply chain and foreign representation or localization.
Our multinational team with cross-platform expertise has also grown.
